Casting Clinic #16 – Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction - Sakthi Portugal Case Study

The last edition of the year of the Casting Clinic Sessions will be held on December 7th, 2017, and will address the issue of "Customer Satisfaction Evaluation - Case Study of Sakthi Portugal".

The session will count on the special participation of Ana Filipa Freitas, member of the Marketing and Sales team of Sakthi Portugal since 2013, responsible for implementing the method of customer satisfaction evaluation, analysis of the results and definition of the consequent action plan.

The presentation intends to display how Sakthi Portugal evaluates the satisfaction of its customers by the implementation of a standardized international methodology, in order to analyse the results coming directly from the surveys and how they affect the performance of the company. Based on the results of this annual survey, Sakthi Portugal defines an action plan of actions that aims to implement measures that meet the improvement opportunities pointed out by customers.
